Everything depends on head angle and length of stem. And habits.
With little (~70*) head angle long frames feels like short.

It depends of the frame , your riding style and also your bar/stem setup. I am about 172cm tall, I ride 1080mm BT 5.0 with tryall bar & stem(90mm x 17*) combo and love it. I'd even like to try a bit lower and longer stem (about 100mm x 7)

I'm 180cm tall. I ride a 1050.

It's all pref really... preference and a looooong stem. :P

im 2 30 cm i ride 990. who tha fuck cares, if u can reach the bar u can get used to it.
