This reality is you really don't know much about this situation nor dealing with Koxx besides what you read on the internet. Koxx will still give a warranty with pictures of one of their frames broken posted all over the net. Koxx is actually the best at giving warranties out of any company I deal with. But context is huge. Somebody could take those pictures over to a French site and totally flame Koxx with some out of context story like "This American was just riding along the first day he got his XTP and boom, crack". Now this is an exaggeration but something similar to this is something no company would like. Anybody on this forum who rides with Ed knows he is a balls out type of rider who asks for a lot in his equipment. Without knowing that or the whole situation of why the bike failed, stuff can get misconstrued. This is why I told Ed it would be wise to remove the Pics until AFTER his replacement frame arrived. Not because Koxx wouldn't give him a warranty but because misunderstood internet posts could slow the process.

I dont actually ride ..well anything other than my wheelchair.... see now the cats out Ive been fronting the whole time .. Ive been wheelchairbound all of my life and I'm crying out for friends and companionship..I just happened to stumble on this site during a search for a trial lawyer because of a civil suit against my former employer for unethical working condition's . long story short ....I was wheeled out in the parkinglot in hope of scaring birds away from the dumpster. the first post I found was from Andy his sharp wit and sexually explicit post's made me laugh and gave me the yearning to research bike trials and have a basic understanding of it .

I hope I havnt upset anyone here...I dont care about frame's , riding Natural or Urban, how high you can sidehop or the best rear tire..I just want to be held and have my colostomy bag changed on a regular basis .But I think you are all unique and intelligent people and I enjoy your two dimensional company more than life itself. If OT were to cease to exist I would shut my respirator down and close the door on my miserable life.
