46.1 mb, close to 5?? mins

Well I have been working on this one for the last 6 months or so, I started it at the same time as the first vid.. but i kept all the best moves for this latest instalment.

It features some guest appearances from some Melbourne riders, as well as most of the Sydney guys. It has a little bit more editing than the last and the music might not be your cup of tea.. but I really wanted to use it since I heard it years ago.

Hope you all like it :)

indeed, music was agro for my taste in trials vids but that's always a personal taste thing. the riging was really good and it was great to see another video with lots of variety in both riders and locations. good work!

very nice, music was truly hardcore. I am SO SO SO coming up to mooch on a sydney couch for a few days next holidays. I'll supply beer. Who's within riding distance of a natural playground?

Nice...what the general scene like over in Australia, and in Sydney, there may be a off chance i'll be heading there for a few years. Just wondering what area is best to go to, for trials obviously but also for lifestyle? (i.e is sydney super bizzy etc)

Nice one man! Enjoyed it, but I sort of reckon the visual and audio quality is lacking a little. When you pulled a nose manual in the first vid I'm sure my ears bled. You're not using Alex's settings, are you? Sick up at the end and Peace didn't disappoint us with his 'shirt-off' antics.

I'm pretty sure the visual quality is better in this one than previously.. if you look at objects there is less blending of colours. Audio wise, I had to turn the volume up a bit and plus the song had a lot of ambient type noise.

The brake noise in the first vid got blended with the song, thus its pretty screechy. My front brake is a bit better now so less noise!

Anyway, thanks everyone for the positive feedback. It's about time Sydney got some coverage in the video stakes!

I hope you had as much fun watching it as I did making it.

Well done Mitch, some real nice riding, great to see everyone trying their hand at video editing. Why pay for "Fuel" on cable TV when you can download so many vids off the net these days.

I love how the Sydney videos have included so many riding styles so far, that's always going to be interesting so keep it up! That tap was truly huge at the end mitch! I would have liked to have seen more of Simon's streety goodness though.

I thought the video quality was more than adequate. no complaints there at all. My only complaint, and it is mostly to do with personal preference, is the music. I don't like that music but i'm willing to look past that, i just thought the video should have been edited slightly quicker to a song like that, don't have set up time or the aftermath. the other edits to the music was ace though. dece. also good to see you using yourself twice in the shot at once without using opacity.

look forward to the next one! sydney vids are ill.

cool vid except for the fact that riders from other STATES featured more than me.... hahaha just kidding, well done, good editing and riding also.

Joel - I have van. and a fold out bed which gives you back pains. anything else?

philth - You like the natural in that vid? then come to sydney, its awesome. Also its not busy, its fun. well thats if your near the beaches, which is where we are so do feel free to visit.

I would have liked to see more street from Simon too. But the thing is, if you want to be in the video, then come out riding (or tell me when).

Music wise, I found a lot of indie/alternative stuff all too common in videos nowadays.. not that there's anything wrong with it, I listen to jjj most of every day! But I wanted to make something different using everyday riders (as opposed to pros etc)

oh yeah I forgot about that Peace

I personally think it's hard to separate music you LIKE from music that's APPROPRIATE for the video. Maybe some Killswitch next time :-)

Great except for the splashy audio.

I wish I could ride all year round. In fact, I wish I could ride at all.

move to Australia? The opportunity cost of not riding, is greater than the financial cost of moving.

Expect another vid (not quite as good, mostly leftover footage) within the next week :)
