Hey all,
I will be going to school in Cleveland next year at Case Western.
Few question, I know there a bunch of guys on here in the Cleveland area, do you guys have like weekly group rides or something?
I'm debating whether to bring my trials bike, as I dont know if it will fit in my dorm and whether I will even be able to ride it all that much due to time and weather. Are there organized street/urban rides at all? A bike with a seat may be more practical.
Thanks

OK.....you will be within 10 minutes by car of the worlds ONLY indoor Mountain Bike Park.....if that's not enough said......
also.....
Edgewater State Park = 1+ mile stone breakwall (7 min from downtown)
Gordon Park = 1+ mile stone breakwall (10 min from downtown)
Case campus = illegal urban awesomeness (2 min from downtown)
Downtown Cleveland (0 min from downtown)
Olmsted falls Comm. Park = Abandoned rock quarry (35 min drive from downtown)
MLK cultural gardens = tons of urban type riding on ruins of old gardens (accross the street from gordon park)
Rocky River Comm. Park = 500 foot stone breakwall (18 min from downtown)
Put it this way....Your entire college career will not wear out the riding at any one of these places. (except maybe rocky river)
Want Pics, PM me.

I'd Say yes, however not 100% of our busses have bike racks, so you'd have to watch the bus schedule very carefully.
There's also enough of us that if you are living downtown, we could pick you up occationally before a group ride if need be.
