help video

i have done my new video but i dont know where to upload it .... does anyone have an idea where there is enough bandwith ? My video is about 80mb but not encoded(mpeg) can i transform it to under 52 mb ?

if you use the adobe premiere pro, you can comprimise it... or you can take contact here on the forum, and ask the site admin. about to upload it, he maybe have a big enough server to do it!
