I actually expected a little more. Pretty boring/simple design if you ask me

i mean that the steerer, from the top to where the legs are welded, is all once piece, and doesnt have an insert. from the other topic on this fork, you can see that the BT has an insert. forks ALWAYS break AROUND the insert, right above or at the bottom headset race. this is a horrible design, the anticipations of the designers are off base . if someone were to make a fork with a steerer that is one piece that tapered from 8mm at the bottom to Xmm at the top, that might actaully be a really strong fork. But the thing is, the bonding material is really crappy, and this cheap method of making a "strong" fork produces horrible results.

Is it actually going to be 1065 with the 415 fork? Or turn out to be ~1080 like the levelboss.

It should turn out 1065 with that fork. It might not be exactly on the dial but it won't be 1080.

hydro cable guides - good. Very good. I'll be drilling mine out when I remember. Another problem with the 5.0 was that the final brake cable guide was too far under the top tube for the cable to come around for the noodle cleanly and smoothly. Has this been repositioned?

The 6.0 is $530.00 U.S. The Levelboss is like $650.00 right? It's still cheaper than most, and most likely better too. My Raven 5.0 is holding up well, and I weigh as much as two average riders:)

Elan

i never said anything bad about their quality...
