Bike Trials 101 (http://www.biketrials.com/articles/ColoradoNorthwestern/index.shtml)
April 18, 2005
by Zachary Swiger

J-hops, ratcheting, manuals, and, track stands are just a handful of the maneuvers one can learn at the world's first college-level bike trials class. The class is offered at Colorado Northwestern in Rangely, Colorado. It is taught by Outdoor Recreation Director, Derek Mogensen, who has been riding for about six years. The current class consists of six students who meet once a week and ride for about four hours, working to improve their skills.

Some of the obstacles include boxes, platforms, stairs, and best of all ramps.

Stephen and Lance bought this guy his bike obviously. Yay livestrong!.

Anyway apart from the shit giving, getting credits for learning trials sounds pretty damn cool, and of course learning trials is never a bad thing.

Trials-online was the first site I ever found, then this one. Trials-online was great for looking at the vids , I almost crapped myself the first time I saw that guy surge to a curb..me and my friend were like how the balls does he do that. Also the same reactions to his trackstanding and pretty much everyone on there. I found the forum fairly useless, but I dont find any forum usefull for learning moves...just videos- thats how I learn.
