Front Freewheel Crank Questions

Doing a little research here, and since there seems to be more riders down south riding with FFW cranks, I thought I'd start here.....

All you guys that use them on stock bikes, are you running them with a front freewheel or with an 18t (or similar) track cog?

If you're using a Freewheel, are you also using a longer spindle BB? as in 128mm?

im using a 128mm spindle, 18T track cog on Try-all FFW's , and 16T rear CK kog on my XTP.

most of hte people running a freewheel are also using a 128mmBB, but i have seen some people use 122s and 118s, which are really really close.

It is all personal preference. If you run ffw, you do not need a 128mm bb, though it is a good idea. I run ffw with an echo fixed hub and a 128mm bb. It works.

Before I got my king, I used Megamo front freewheel cranks with a WI freewheel and a 128mm bb.
