does the mod wheel have a disc hub?...or is the hugi front wheel for mod and disc?

Let me clarify, The front Mod wheel is a radially laced drilled out rim laced to quando hub, non disk.

The other wheel is a Hugi non disc hub, radially laced, 24 spoke too a 26 inch race light ceramic rim. This is a super light MTB wheel.
