i cant rememebr if its in good shape or not, i never rode it but i dont rememeber if i tensioned it or if i had someone else do it. either way the hub is fine. 100 bucks?

ha No echo hubs they are soft, that's why I have to get a new one LOLZ.

might want to check out factionbike.com. i bought a locked deore from graham for $30. works great.

tie the cassette to the spokes with a piece of wire. that way you can unlock it again any time you please.
sometimes the easiest way of doing something works just as well as the hard way.
