I can almost guarantee you after having dealt with him a few times that Mike Hadley would stand behind his products. I've used a few of their hubs front and rear.. King/Hope quality with less color options I say. No idea what written warranty that they have but you'd have to do something unnatural to hurt that hub. I've been running it for the last 2 years or so without a single problem.
Price is pretty well set for the wheel.. I might go for it to include shipping.
Forgot to mention, I have the original 36 point freehub that I would include as well if anyone wants.

No way you could do a COD eh? The shop is slaving the fuck out of me, as in 8am to 8pm, we're getting this new super center ready....no lunch, we order pizza or Larry's Giant Subs...so I never get a chance to get out. You can COD it to the shop, shipping will be a little cheaper as well....

Craig, you don't seem to respond to PM's or emails so I'm regretfulling posting here.
It's been 19 days since the money was transfered into your account via Paypal. I can understand that transfering funds takes a couple days to perform, but this is getting out of hand. I've been more than patient and understanding in the transaction, including when you backed out of the fork sale, which I had already paid for. So now you owe me parts and the refund on the fork as I have two bikes that are useless. I would appreciate it if you contacted me in some form or fashion and cleared up this mess ASAP as I require the refunded money as payment on another fork as a replacement.

I know that Mark has been waiting patiently for this stuff, so Tzimon start fucking comunicating and ship him his stuff. This isn't a joke.
As a trials community people should be fair and actually respond to e-mails, and with the huge amount of time you spend on the computor Tzimon I think it's time that you do something.
Hope you get your stuff Mark so we can ride. All up to Tzimon though.......:hsugh:

the great thing about paypal is that you can get your money back, and i recommend thats what you do.
Tzimon has done this before to andrew, so i cant say im surprised. It was conveniently during hurrican season, so he may have had a valid excuse that time, but i kind of doubt hurricanes had much to do with it.
hope it works out for you.

Close enough...
If some one pays him money, then he ignores that person and doesn't do anything, especially sending them the object which the money was for. I dont know, kind of sounds like a rip off.
If I pay for a bucket of KFC chicken, and I get an empty bucket. I got ripped off! Son of a bitch!

I certainly hope that he's just putting along. I'm irritated now, but I'd be full fledged pissed off if I didn't recieve what I paid for and/or lost my fundage, not to mention time. Hopefully it's sorted out when he replies.

-MarkFirst off your parts are already on the way as I told you they would be.
Secondly, I have already sent back your payment... all of it. Since it was from a Credit Card it was never even IN my account so I never actually had your money- which I also talked to you about. I told you that I left it unclaimed that way in the time it took to get my other payments settled you could decide to back out at any time. All I had to do was click 'Deny' on the payment.
As you know-but to clear up the lack of information for everyone else- the payment you sent was by Credit Card. In order to accept that payment I had to upgrade my account. Paypal then charges fees on every incoming transaction from there on out whether it's a CCard or not. Seeing as how I really don't want to pay money to get money- as Imbroglio and I had talked about at length- I wanted to make sure all the other payments were clear BEFORE I upgraded the account. I gave you every opportunity to change your mind on the parts- as I told you, I would have understood under the circumstances. You understood and I appreciated that which is in large part why I've refunded your payment until the parts arrive.
As for me ignoring you- how is me PMing you ignoring you? I've talked to you about the fork situation, let you know the funds were still unclaimed so that if you wanted to back out you could, and I told you I would have the parts out the other day. And what is this about emails? When have I talked with you through email?
I never anticipated issues with accepting payment through Paypal and I know it's taken time to get this sorted, but if you are going to post here about the situation at least keep the facts clear.
Hopefully when you get the parts you'll be happy with them and can get your bike running.
If not... feel free not to pay me. I leave it up to your judgement. Promise I won't sully your good name if you don't.
Everyone else who bought parts from me has had no problem.. except Kirby who's yet to let me know for sure what's up with his goods. Yes.. i'm slower then a sloth in syrup, for that I always apologize- it's a curse. I'm not out to fuck anyone over.. I'm not selling the parts because I need the money. I just know people need parts.
Thanks to Byron for the 2cents..

First off your parts are already on the way as I told you they would be. You did not message me telling me they were out, only that they would be. Therefor I'm left to speculate and had a right to be concerned. This coupled with the fact that you didn't answer PM's or the email I sent you when I knew you were online lead me to be more concerned.
I realize this, however I had more of a desire to recieve my parts than to pull out due to lack of communication.
As you know-but to clear up the lack of information for everyone else- the payment you sent was by Credit Card. In order to accept that payment I had to upgrade my account. Paypal then charges fees on every incoming transaction from there on out whether it's a CCard or not. Yes, this was understood and we did discuss it "at length". However, that being said, transfering money doesn't take two weeks. I appreciate the good will of the refunded payment which I will of course return to you for the parts recieved
As for me ignoring you- how is me PMing you ignoring you? I've talked to you about the fork situation, let you know the funds were still unclaimed so that if you wanted to back out you could, and I told you I would have the parts out the other day. And what is this about emails? When have I talked with you through email? I used the word ignore simply due to the fact that upon inquiring about purchasing said parts you were more than willing to respond hastily to PM's. After the money transfer this communication line slowed to sparratic PM's and then to what appeared to be none. I emailed you through this site. Whether or not you recieved the email, or if your email address is even correct on here, I don't know.
I never anticipated issues with accepting payment through Paypal and I know it's taken time to get this sorted, but if you are going to post here about the situation at least keep the facts clear.
Hopefully when you get the parts you'll be happy with them and can get your bike running.

Not to defend anyone here, because I'm a close friend of kirby, and his brake did arrive broken, but the paypal credit card bullshit does really suck. I've already lost money on this exact thing several times, and I hate paypal now. If anyone here ever decieds to do the "upgraded" account with Paypal, they will now charge you for every transaction you make, whether it's a CC transaction or not. Tzimon is not lying about this, and it actually does take a few more days to go through than a regular account also. Just letting you all know that there is some validity in Tzimon's statements about this shit

Thanks B.
The main reason it took so long was because I was waiting for all my other transactions to transfer out of the acct before accepting his, which meant waiting a few days. I had also yet to set up my bank account connection to Paypal to upgrade and that took about a week to clear. All of this had been explained to Imbro already... but as usual... the wheels on the bus go round and round..
As for Kirbsters brake.. i've spoken with him about it already and assured him he could send it back for a full refund. So far as I know it was working fine when I packed it.. he said the box was pretty banged up when he got it though. I was still waiting on word from him about what he wanted to do when he let me know he had just ordered the part that was damaged from Avid. I believe it was the outer adjuster nob?
