Check out the trials schedule at www.mtbnats.com.au
Apparently Elite 26 ride 3 times, and sport 26 and novice get the day off

I assume its supposed to be sport 20 and 26 at 3pm, but does anyone know what time the novices will be run

Also can anyone confirm the elite qualifying will be run I was considering driving there on the day cause i was told elites were being run in the evening

cheers

well look's like finals are evening and you qualify before (where i stop competing and become a photographer lol) but the other big thing is you beter have a credit card and register online 6this week otherwise it's a 30 buck late entry fee
that is truely gay since you don't get to see courses first. given these courses are probably going to be designed to be big and scary i don't like that at all

so...I guess I can just rock up, having paid online. I haven't received any paper in the mail or via email so I guess it's all good.

Yep, when you get there you go to the tent and they have your name and a skinsuit ready to go.

Man I wish, I got in trouble with my wife :greddy: for being on a whole weekend bucks/substance abuse binge. I called her because I thought I was in Ballarat or Bendigo but i was actually in Echuca where I was supposed to be. Im still coming down. :wtc:

So anyway I think I'll be there for some of the festivities, but my little bloke and Wifey will want to head home at some stage so im cool with that. I can leave my video camera with you so you can capture all the fun for my video.

 you're so bad.

I can't video but I'm sure that a plurality of personalities behind the lens will make for a dynamic vid :-)

I won't be heading to melbourne at any stage so we'll have to give anything back to a pre-arranged melbournian.

looking forward to it - will have to double check my accomodation tomorrow so that I don't have a repeat of the Les Gets fiasco.

Bike running nicely - got my Mitchelin on there (thanks by the way Mitch, think I forgot to say it arrived :-) and it's a beastly beasty. Also took off my overused and very worn LX/DX calipers and put on some Deores I had lying around - night and day ! Lots stiffer and with a more outset pad position - very good for CRV/DX32 ness. Locking up very nicely - tested on dusty rocks today with great success.

We sure will  Mitch . Ive only ridden once since the Anakie comp but it was awesome. I could gap at least a foot further with the new tyre on. My Maxxis really sucked.
