Hey,
Just from curiosity, who does Echo/Zoo/Koxx into Australia nowadays? Cause i know Austrialshop.com is gone...so yeah
who else does them now? if you knew, could you put a link/details of the shop or so, might come in handy for me or someone else in the future :wiggle:
Cheers

Well, from all the trouble Echo gave Dan about shipments and whatever, who would import them. (Of course there are probably 2 sides to the story, and I am not taking sides mainly because I don't know all the details, and I don't want this thread to end up like the "Waiting in vain for my order..." one :) )

Lol, like when echo sent the shipment to Sydney not Brisbane? Lucky he had people down here that he could help sort all the order out.
If you're in the hunt for hangers though, a couple of the Koxx ones match the echo/zoo ones (at some anyways, ask someone else for exactley which ones for what)

yeh, like the hanger for my coust is from the raceline range (dabomb too i think?), curiously its also the swame as the xtp, so you can go to a number of stores and pick up a hanger.

or make one out of 2mm mild steel and it will last 100's or bends just ask anyone who ride with me. Ill NEVER buy a hanger again, ripoffs and can only bend a few times.

Yeah true that actually. I tried to do the same but made it out of only 1mm and in was waaaay too flexy, so next time I'll make one a bit thicker and all should be good, but I'll wait until I kill this one first...
BTW, Peace do you have yours spaced out with washers so that the der sits in the same spot as it would if it was on a normal hanger?

well, i've found another Koxx shop in Aussie,
http://www.ribbed.com.au prices seem a bit too expensive on frames...completes though..:hsugh:
and oh Peace, i've just found some V brake conversion thingos http://www.woodmancomponents.com/products/troubleshooters/hs_11.html
i've already asked, Huxter, and Brett, none of them stock them..
But lucky for me, I bought a new Woodman from a dealer...I should ask him if they have these or stock em in :x:

the woodman ones don't really work on rims over 28mm allegedly. Really fucking useful.

edit: oh and that ribbed site is Ben Benny's new importing thing, bit strange about the koxx thing.... wonder how he swindled that...
Maybe sorted something with Brett and Rod?

i soooo doubt that! there really isnt enough room for two importers, sure it may help us out in getting lower prices... meh doesnt bother me really as i dont want to buy a koxx.
