Who is going..? Still not sure yet, tempted to though as flights are cheap at the moment. It's a tight schedule for me, I have to give my dad out to the city on Fri 18th at 11pm (catchin coach to RTA big ride start point) unless I can find someone else to drive him. I'm also supposed to start uni the day after the comp (ie Monday 21st Feb) but could give it a miss for trials hehe

On that note, just wondering if there's anyone that can put me up from Sat 19th arvo til Monday 21st arvo? Somewhere near the airport would be awesome, but beggars can't be choosers I guess!!

I wish I could, but with a baby and a wife in a 2 bedroom house it would be a tad difficile. Brett and Rod Smith might be able to direct you, I know Lindsay is staying with them this weekend, so probably next weekend too.

Sounds sweet guys, the comp is in a spot weve never used before apparently, so im looking forward to it.

I just hope my arms, back, legs and sunburn recover in time (St.Kilda festival demo = riding from 9:00am til 6:30pm basically non stop, then 3.5 hours sleep and back to work. I hurt like fuck).

Dorgs had it tough too.. fly to Sydney to watch Spinach demo on Saturday which finished at midnight. We drive him to airport, him believing he could "sleep" there.. contrary to the advice of my gf telling us it closed at 11pm. Well, it was closed ("I've been watching too many movies", said Chris) so he comes back to mine, we sleep for 2 hours and its back to the airport for his Sunday morning flight.

I would imagine he slept on the plane then possibly a couple of hours at home before demoing in St Kilda also. Poor boy

On another note he said I could stay with him should I go to Anakie.. looking at flights as we speak :) so its a possibility if I have enough money after paying uni fees and these other Sydney boys reimburse me for SA flights this week.

St.K demo was: Dorgs, Rob Smith, Jarrod Lambourn, Dickey, Scotty Clare, Darren, me, Ben Loone until he busted his acs, and Dave Breer. Awesome day, awesome demo. Big scary crowds.
