the pefect angle is defined at 45 degrees, if you intend to launch things. you might want to be more specific..........

There is a French town called Reims, where they make champagne, which is pronounced just like the angel guy's name.

when my dad went to france yeyyeeaears ago he got me this kit where you make a cathedral out of cardboard, (it was incredibly detailed and i ran out of patience to finish it)

I'm a beginner myself and no expert, and definitely not qualified to answer this, but I'll try to get the ball rolling anyway (I'm actually surprised no one answered you yet).
Are you asking about the head tube angle? If so, then I think people like to hit the 72-75 range for straight up trials riding.
Realize there is no true definite answer as preferences will vary.
If I'm wrong, then someone'll jump up and smack me down, but at least then you'll get the correct answer.
